its all marketing. if those same shoes had a "pony" tag on it instead of a nike swoosh, people wouldn't be able to stop saying how ugly they were, no matter where they were made or in what quantities. but just b/c it has a shoosh people are like," omg, those nikes are the sh!znit!!"

Who ****ing cares?

 

The majority of Nike is made in China and Vietnam. Those particular AF1's are a limited edition so they had them made in Italy to get finer leather,snake and croc skin. They will probably produce a 1000 pairs worldwide and they will cost $200+ and all of you know once it sells out and hits Ebay they're probably going to cost $500+.

How do I know this? Well I'm a sneaker collector and I have a few pairs of collectible Nike Air Max's and Air Jordans.

 

I think its pretty cool..i myself collect nikes and jordans
