you guys need to check with Alex on this.
street racing videos ARE NOT against i-club policy unless it is YOU PERSONALLY, I have personally talked to Alex about this so I dont think there should be any question about it.
That audi vs M5 video that keeps getting dumped is PERFECTLY LEGAL.
Check with Alex on this before you guys start dumping these videos.

So I could post a video of me racing... and he would never know it was me, because he has never even seen my face or car....
If that is the policy, thats a BIG loop hole

i counted over 130 cars and lost count. the other day i was being followed very closely by an evo. i was driving speed limit... the dude was creeping up on my bumper every few seconds, taunting me. finally at the next street light, i got out of my car and approached the driver(who had 3 other occupants) and said
the guy apologized and the whole way home he never had the ***** to pass me. i guess he got a reality check. my daughter asked me what happened, and i simply told her- "daddy was protecting you"
my $.02. the drivers in these cars have no idea(or really don't care) what lives they can possibly change by their stupity for an adrenaline rush.

I suspect I'd be facing multiple counts & using my one phone call to call a very angry Mrs Oaf.

that was a pretty crazy race... but people dont recognize the danger they are putting other people through... if you feel the urge to do something like that take it to the track.. or atleast an open road where you can crash and do whatever you want without hurting anyone else

I wasn't gonna post on this, but I guess I'll have to share with you guys. I was 18 in Japan, I was driving a SW20 (MR-2) and my friend was driving a AE86 (Corolla GT-S Hatchback). We were driving home after a long night of drifting, I was pretty much tired and the car was pretty much worn-out after rompin' on it all night. Anyway, we were turning onto this long stretch of a 2-lane highway with some traffic lights on it. Once we got onto the highway I punch it and so did my friend. . . we were basically racing. I got a good lead off on him but it didn't take long for him to catch up because he had the same engine as the MR-2 I was driving. The Hachi-roku was equiped with a 3S-GTE engine, heavily tuned, and with a drift suspension setup. He basically blew right pass me with no problem.
However, when he did that, we were doing 140K (100mph at least) and he was waiving and looking at me. . . what he failed to notice is that a Toyota Aristo (91-94 Lexus GS400) and a Nissan March was occupying our lanes and stopped at the traffic light just right in front of us. I honk at him and pointed out that he was heading for a stopped car (the Aristo). As I brake my way out of a collision, my friend locked his front tires and the rear of his 86 became unstable due to his suspension set-up that I thought he was gonna roll the car. As I cringe and see his 86 dissappeared into the cloud of smoke that his locked tires generated, I saw the scariest moment of my life. . . the sillohuette of his car and his brake lights going into the middle lane and plowing into both cars.
I was basically numb, but my body went into auto mode. I flick my hazard, park the car right on the side of the road and ran to my friend, praying for his safety. When I got there, he was out his car shaking on his knees, I thought he had some nerve damaged or something. Fortunately, it was just shock from the accident. The driver and passengers on the other cars came out safe and were alright and they were extremely helpful. They were concern about my friend's safety even after what I started almost cost them their lives. I was just so glad that my friend came out of it alive.
From that day, every decisions I take will eventually have consequences, good or bad. I was fortunate that my actions didn't take anybody's lives that day. So when people choose to race, just be prepared to risk everything.
On a different note, please don't bash Eternal-E for posting it. He wasn't even driving and he had nothing to do with it, except post it and share it. Just be mindful that these individuals exist and they're sharing the roads with you today, racing without any concern to you or your passengers. I've been there and done that and it's not cool to live through it again. Trust me.
As far as the cars are concerned. On a closed road course, I think the RS4 will still win over the M5.
I apologize for my long post
