It doesn't take much talent to drift on a straight road that is as wide as a runway.
I bet that guy couldn't drift in the traditional sense, like on a curvey road or a race track.

It is kinda fun to watch though, I'll give him that much.

It's not just some mods. The car is a competition rally car. Both of those rally cars are in the Group N class. The rally car that Petter drives in competition is under WRC regulations. If I remember correctly, Arai drives in the "Group N" series.

They also lack the new wing with the vertical vanes inset in the wing.

Here are the WRC car specs: http://www.swrt.com/35023.html

These cars look pretty much stock, and I don't think the exhaust has been tampered with much. That's what the car sounds like when you drive it at redline in 2nd gear on wet asphalt!
Yep, was answering Island Style question:
"If not a straight pipe, I wonder what exhaust they used? What exhaust does the WRC car use? Anyone know?"

I was talking more the pipe routing is straight, the wrc exhaust has 2 cats and has to conform with FIA noise regulations on the road courses.

And yep, that isn't a WRC car.
