Those are mostly staged, and only for entertainment purposes.

Kids' Muay Thai fights in Thailand are NOT STAGED AT ALL, man! Why else do you think most Muay Thai fighters retire before 25? One of my old instructors, Boy Faphimai, started training at 3 and had his first fight at 6. He's the son of Bunkerd Faphimai, who's held Lumpini and Rajadmnern Stadium titles as well as 3 world titles.
