Too bad the spec c got caught up in the back, would have been interesting to see how it would have done against the two cars up front.

 

Considering the Spec C got the best lap by a pretty decent margin, passed two EVOs, and then was only .1 second behind the regular STi, I think it would have been more interesting if it didn't get caught.

The times prove the STi Spec C is starting to handle better than the EVOS

That is the older BMI video with the bug-eye Spec-C. Watch the newer BMI with the redesigned Spec-C which is one inch longer, it takes 3rd place starting from last place. The V-limited finishes 2nd, but he wasn't that far off the Evo 8 GSR, 1st place. The Evo GSR and Spec-V are both fully loaded, Heavy, cars and as such got to start on the front of the grid. I think it was more a driver issue on the V-limilted as it was able to turn fast lap times, 1,05.xx, but not as consistantly as the GSR.
