i hate motor vehicle accidents... i see too many of them come into work

That remote control car is tight though. I want to remote control my STI haha

Similar situation, but blind curve and a huge ice patch involved equaled alot of cars going out of control. This was about fifteen years ago in Arlington Va, about 1/2 mile west of the Glebe Road exit on 66. I came around the bend after having spun once on the ice, (TONS OF BLACK ICE) and slid a bit on this curve and then saw a red toyota truck smached against the inside median wall. I pulled over to the right and got out and ran to assist. Driver is a mess, she basicalle ate the steering wheel and the front of the truck is a complete mess. Called 911 on cell, tell the lady to stay put and go back to my car as my girl was in the pass seat. I oull it a sfar over as I can and park it. I run east on the shoulder and try to slow traffic down, only to almost get mown down by four or five cars which all lost control bc they were going too fast. I watch 10 cars wreck in that spot that night.

The FD came, and they brought a hook and ladder truck for some goddam reason, I am standing near my car, and they try to stop the hook and ladder truck only to have it slide jacknifed towards me, my girl and my car. We froze like deer in headlights! The thing stoped about 5 feet shy of us. PHEW!

I got the hell out of dodge. Cancelled our date in DC for the night and took her home. She wouldnt let me leave to drive home myself so I HAD to stay the night. WHat a glorious morning that was.

I swear, I saw 93 wrecks that night total going from Woodbridge Va to DC and back.

My point being, it IS easy as hell for stuff like this to happen in the right circumstances.
