I love my Subaru, but IMO Honda makes the best engines in the world, look at all the awards they've won for their engines not to mention all their cars.

 

I remember 5th gear testing the atom against the radical sr3 turbo and the sr3 turbo beat it around the track... I'd rather have the sr3 turbo and its body+aero, but i hear they are selling the sr8 soon.

edit: btw the radical sr3 turbo is street legal just like the atom.

 

I think it's funny as hell when he says I've never been in anything that accelerates this fast and then he pushes the pedal and his face just starts smooshing everywhere!

Well Subaru has won an award for its engine recently. Just not as many awards as honda.

That thing is sick I can't imagine if that thing was worked or turbo charged what it would do and for it being a HONDA more reason to get one. Engine parts are cheap and plentiful and the dam things are very reliable and dependable. Just be glad Honda didn't build a AWD sports car, both EVO's and STI's would be running for cover.

 

I'd take one, I wonder if they come in left hand drive.

 

Anyone know whats the top speed on that thing and 1/4 mile times.

 

I believe that they did state a supercharged version. Look at the pics on the site. I thought I did see a Jackson racing supercharger on it.

They have a 300hp supercharged version and yes their site says it comes either left or right hand drive

 

the top gear video shows the supercharged version.

 

...and how much does an SR3/SR8 cost?

 

i always thought it was running a B series.. its got a K20 in it!!
