good god this video is getting some distance on it (more than the car at least)

Yes, it was towed. No it wasn't a power steering failure, the idiots forgot to put the key in the ignition and turn it to "On" to keep the steering wheel from locking.

^ are u joking or is it true? I just thought that if he didnt have the keys in he still could of applied the brakes. If the key wasnt in then how would the car move 15 mph and keep on going until the tree hopped outa nowhere?

for anyone who has never had to experience it, the subaru brakes are more of "power brakes" than "power assisted brakes" he's still stupid for preventing the wheel from locking

oh, and nice joke marc

Pulling the e-brake probably wouldn't have done jack squat for them...my guess is the tow cable (and that appears to be a steel cable) broke on impact. Which means they were still being dragged.

Wheel locked at a quarter of a turn to the left from center. Doubt they were towing that long before this happened.

Notice how far backwards the car rolled after impact? Hit pretty good.

Idiots....they make the rest of us look good

Nah....but thanks for the opportunity to get one more in.

Notice how the pole was moved about 2 inches in the dirt? I'd love to be their insurance agent and just happen to come across this video.....

"so you said you swerved to avoid a kangaroo?"
