i like the new guages and the available Navigation.

Lots of potential with this one. and it has 60/40 rear folding seats.

 

4 door isn't too bad looking, but its lost its boy racer flare... kinda like the IS300

the song: it sounds like that crazy town - butterfly song but they changed it a bit, i wounld't be surprised if someone in their sound department whipped it out.

There are some pictures of the 4 door version no this site. They also showed a little bit of the 4 door in the video.

 

the interior is nice, but if I wanted a euro car, i would have gotten one.

 

I like the hood scoop, the interior, and that's about it.

The "shoulder line", the rear end, and the front end are all F'ed up. It's way too tame looking now. It may appeal more to the masses,...not to me.

I hate the exterior of the tribecca and wish they never carried any of that over to the 08 WRX.

 

I'm mostly a lurker around here, but I've got to comment on this one. Whatever your opinion on the various generations of Impreza, you could see it from a mile away and know it was a Suby. The 08 is indistinguishable from any other 10 grand econo car, just because it is not offensive does not make it a handsome vehicle. If I saw one of these without reading up here and knowing it exists, my first thought would be “wow, some jackass has a hood scoop on his Corolla/Kia/Neon….” And what exactly is the purpose of the bastardized wagon, Suby buyers get a wagon because they want to put stuff in the back of it. If that is not a requirement, they get the sedan. The Impreza should be function before form, keep a real wagon (not a 5 door thingy) the sedan and add a Coupe again. We should start a pool on how long before they give this one a facelift.

 

Like tanz said. The car isn't mean looking enough. Really... just ditch the grill and tail-lights and we'll be in business.

 

i give this car one year before it get a face lift....i think subaru gonna lose sale on this 08..

well subaru finaly did it they hopped on the band wagon the WRX now looks like mazdas and hondas hatch subaru needs to stop being like a little kid with add changing their mind on the design all the time
