Does anyone know of a good machine shop around the sacramento area to build my sti short block for me?

 

Typically machine shops don't build motors and vice versa. So you would start by finding a builder. The only Subaru specific builders in the area I know of are FW Motorsports and Equilibrium Tuning. Both those shops are vendors for this forum.
