Best/Good tuner in bay area?

Just got my Perrin Catted Downpipe for deal! And my Perrin Intake!

I really need a tuner shop to tune my car and have them install everything. This js because, i am afraid of installing it myself and messing up things. As i read online it is not recommended to install a dp and intake without a tune.

So help me out! Im looking for a tuner that can tune my car. Don't want access port because of the little gains that i hear people got. Want the most out of my money. I also have a 3" straight pipe already.

Help me out! )) if you know someone or know of someone or maybe a friend of yours. Ill tip you some money also! $20 how does that sound?!

It'll make your life a lot easier if you use the 'search' function that is on the user toolbar.

There have been many threads on this topic also in specific regard to the region you are inquiring about.

GST, Speed Element, and LIC are some of the more reputable shops in the area. I suggest you start there.

Lic and Speed Element dont do tunes.

One thing I dislike about the forums is that if someone has a negative review about a tuner they will get flamed by that tuner's fanboys. That said GST and EQ are your two options.

Have fun.

My roccomendation would be to start by reading on here in the direction above posted.

I would then call, PM, talk to both shops, and make your decision from there.

I am going to remain unbiased so this does not turn into a this shop is better than this shop thread like the other 1million where should I get tuned threads.

You gotta do your own research. You have been given a direction GST, and EQ. now make some calls send some PM's and go with the shop that makes you the most comfortable.

OP has been told by myself and a few others multiple times already to use the SEARCH button.

When you SEARCH you fine things https://www.i-club.com/forums/bay-ar...-here*-229928/

That's very modest of you Mike. And because of that, I will give credit where it is due:

You are easily one of the finest tuners in the country. You're winning record, beastly cars and word-of-mouth reputation speak for themselves.

Anyways, back to the topic. My top three tuner choices in the Bay Area:

-GST in Hayward, Ca. (Mike)

-EQ Tuning in Fairfield, Ca. (Ed)

-FLI in Santa Rosa, Ca. (Miles)

Hope this helps.

!

You really can't go wrong in the Bay Area. Just talk to a couple shops, maybe pay them a visit, and see who you're more comfortable with. I hear they have a crazy black beast over at GST .
