+1 for Sean at Full Function Technology

Three weeks ago I had my 06 STi tuned at Full Function Technologies with the following mods:-

APS 70mm CAI
APS Turbo Inlet
Grimmspeed EWG Kit
Tial 38MM w/ 0.9Bar spring
Hallman RX Pro MBC
Perrin EL Header
Perrin Catless DP
Greddy SP2 Exhaust
Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump
Deatschwerks 650cc Injectors

The car was tuned using ECU Flash on 91 octane gas. Used a Mustang dyno where stock STi's put out 219whp & 220wtq. The car is very solid and responsive which is great for my mountain runs. The car still uses the stock VF39. AFR's were set between 10.5 & 11 and boost is set at 19psi peak. Temperature was around 78 degrees.

Although the shop mostly specialized on building DSM's & LanEvos they have also tuned a handful of Subarus. Sean did a great job tuning my car and after the tuning session on the dyno we went on the road to do the finishing touches on my partial and full throttle. He worked with me on how responsive I want my car. My mountain runs have definitely been more fun with this tune! I definitely recommend this shop for tuning your Subaru.

Those are some great mods and it is good to see that you are pleased with the tune. It sounds like they have some great customer service there.
Where is this place located?
