Subizzle - It is a little louder than stock but much deeper when your on it.
The flange needs to be modified when used with a aftermarket downpipe (with a flat 3" flange) due to it's designed to be used with the stock doughnut gasket.

hey,
would there be a huge difference if i just got the up pipe, downpipe, and left the stock axle back, rather than getting the borla hush catback. If so how much of a gain would i get by getting the borla hushhh. Lastly, is there a noticable change in sound when idle/high rpm's?

Subizzle - The Addition of a catback onto a free flowing 3" setup typically yields about 15hp gain or 6-10hp gain on a stock up and downpiped car.
neenjafus - The Helix without the Silencer is a lot louder than the Borla, the Helix with the silencer is a little louder than the Borla.

Bump for MPJ! I got the dp/up and borla hush at the get together they recently hosted. Its perfect sounding...not too loud, not too quiet. The car feels stronger in the higher RPMS and seems to spool quicker. Looks good too! Thanks Gino/Mike!

yo mpj, is there any way for you to ship me a flange to mate with my helix downpipe? or do i have to send you the flange from the borla hush and then have you ship it back to me? how do you guys go about modding the flange? do you use a 1/2 inch flange? plz reply back cuz i need to get this done. thanks
