dgp2003wrx, the h-tech springs don't lower your car quite as much as the S-tech's and the spring rates are a bit different. If you are wanting a lower, more show car look, the S-tech's are what you want. If you just want to get rid of a little of the wheel gap and have a bit better ride quality, the H-tech's are what you'd need. It all depends what you want and I'd be happy to help you in any way that I can!

 

Tein's website shows the springs as they are above in my first post on the 04 s-tech.
