I'm not sure if the Attacks are even available in a 18" diameter. I just checked some lists from Rota and I don't see any 18" Attacks listed. Sorry.

The offset on the 18x7.5" wheels is 48mm. I will see if I can get some, but that won't be for about a month yet. And, yep, they are the appropriate 5x100 bolt pattern that the Subaru uses.
