Thanks...I will contact you when I get the money scrounged up. I hope its loud to complement an obnoxious flowmaster cat back exhaust. Are these the same cats as on www.xcceleration.com?

It **should** fit your exhaust as well. I can't guarantee it though. I would call a Subaru junkyard and ask them if they can compare an RS midpipe with a Legacy midpipe.
