Issues with customer service

I ordered the clear side markers earlier this week and asked via email when would the product be shipped. I did receive a confirmation email(although it had no text and was most likely an automated process to send it out) but have had no contact with Micheal@Ravspec since. Even though this is only a $25 purchase it still makes me nervous that no communication has been made. I emailed him yesterday as well as attempted to call the number on the website several times. Not sure that I would deal with this vendor again until there customer service is revamped.
