hi, i'm interested in the cusco downpipe but i have a couple of questions. i currently have the apexi GT spec cat-back exhaust, and i'm wondering if the cusco downpipe will bolt right on without any mods or minor mods. second, that flange that makes the split, will it get stuck with the wastegate door? i've heard some stories of how they do get stuck and the wastegate door doesnt fully open. my last question is, how well does it perform over the other downpipes offered by other companies such as perrin or helix? thanx for your time!

i know these are not in the parts you listed, but they are cusco.
do you have any idea if these fit the GM6? or are they for true GC8's only? can you get these?

thanks

We do not sell perin, so I cannot comment on that. As for Helix, the ultimate perforance would depend on your level of mods. As you know, the Helix is a wide bellmouth, whereas the Cusco divides the eastegate gasses,. In theory the Cusco should provide a bit better spool time becuase of the tongue, but I think how much and whether its noticeable or not will largely depend on your setup and state of tune.

sgd - the lower arm bar Type I front will fit all GC and Gm chassis cars, btu only if you have the EJ20 turbo motor installed. It will not clear with the US spec crossmember used on the US spec engines. the rear lower arm bar fits just fine on US or JDM spec cars, and is shown in the list above.

Ryan - yes we have both Type I and Type II lower arm bars for GC8's with Ej20 or EJ22 Turbo motors installed...these bars are in stock. For a Subaru, you fit one or the other (you cannot install both at the same time).

Same prices as the WRX ones listed above. I'll get them added to the site (along with all the Cusco strut braces) today if you would like to oreder online
