Ravspec- Hey, I PMed you guys a few days ago with an offer for the headlights and asked you to please let me know if you thought the offer was too low. I would have gladly paid the price that you asked for, but you guys never PMed me back after reading the message that day.

no they are not HID. I can get HID kit separate, but they are not HID for $699 !!!
