Does the wing use the factory mounting holes on 02+ WRX's with factory wing? Or does it require new holes to be drilled, and filling the old holes?

If your talking about the carbon fiber wing, it uses stock mounting holes. I got one. From Gruppe-S too, they rock.

Oh Edit: you will need to block a couple holes since there is two holes for the anchor line in the stock spoiler and one for the electrical wire. I used all weather duct tape.
