WRXrabbit - The filter or foam is not required for the catch can as it does the job without it. The majority of the catch cans (including Greddy's which I believe has same manufacturer) does not have any foam or filter. That being said, if you would like to have a foam or filter, you can always insert one yourself .

Noname - It is an additional $25 for FEDEX 2nd day air to Hawaii.
