what do you need to do a full install on the uppipe??

 

kenchan - I'm sorry we couldn't make things work out for you and i apologize for wasting your time on this. To be perfectly honest, it very hard to get these hood scoops painted for the prices people are looking for and have a really nice finish at the same time.

We used to get these painted in Japan and the paint was amazing... looked totally OEM. Unfortunately we had to stop because the paint colors would sometimes be a little different and shipping from overseas would cause damage on some of the scoops. Now we are getting the scoops painted locally and after three different shops we've settled on one that could provide painting at a good price, delivery in a timely fashion, and have a good (but not perfect) paint job.

Once again, I do want to apologize for not making you happy on this one. When we get your scoop back if it looks like the one you received was especially bad for some reason, we would be more than happy to send out a better one to you.

bringndefinitio - You don't really need anything special to do the install. Mostly hand tools. Tin snips or a grinding wheel would be nice to have to cut off the heat shield around the stock uppipe to get the O2 sensor out.
