I'm sorry to hear of your problems.

We have had a few isolated incidents but we stand behind our gaskets.

The gasket material have been used successfully in high performance headers in drag racers as well as in many industrial and military uses.

One thing any gasket will have problems with including our gasket, is if there is a major mismatch of 2 sides that compress the gaskets. The reason is that exhaust air flow over the gasket will cause any gasket to fail over time. Exhaust gas is very caustic and will even cause the OEM metal gaskets to rust and corrode away completely within a year.

However, this tends to happen less with our gaskets because it is easier to form a tight seal around the gaskets due to the compressibility of the gaskets. However, if the mismatch is severe enough and a seal can not be formed, the gaskets will fail. And, if they do, this will usually happen sooner than later.

Regardless of who you purchase the gaskets from, I will still stand behind the gaskets and replace them for free. Finally, the number of cases of this happening have been very small. But, I would like to hear from everyone regarding their experience. I spent considerable time researching and designing these gaskets for my own use first because I had a leak that could not be resolved by using OEM gaskets. Both times it was installed by a
mechanic that had installed dozens of Vishnu Stage kits and both times, the leaks started within 48 hours. My frustration led me to create these gaskets. So, your disappointment is equally frustrating to me.

So, if there is anything I can do as the manufacturer of these gaskets, please let me know. Jeremy mentioned that you want to get these reinstalled on Saturday. Please email me and I'll see what I can do.

Regards,

John
