Deluxe Plus Pads for Front of 2003+ WRX

We just received our first shipment of Axxis Deluxe Plus pads in the D929 pad shape which fits the front of the 2003+ WRX among others. Here is the full list of other the other Subarus that take this pad:

2003-2004 Baja - ALL
2003-2004 Forester - ALL
2002-2004 Impreza 2.5RS - ALL
2002-2004 Impreza Outback - ALL
2002-2004 Impreza Wagon - ALL
2003-2004 Impreza WRX - ALL
2002-2004 Legacy Sedan except L and L-S models made until 04/2002
2002-2004 Legacy Wagon with rear disc except L, L-S made until 04/2002
2002-2004 Outback - ALL

Price is $57.95

Yeah, this is the new pad shape for the front of pretty much all Subarus. I don't have any data on the 2005 Legacy's but if I had to guess, I would guess that they likely take the same pad.

Unfortunately, we don't have any news on any of the other Axxis pads for the front or rear of these applications, but I will be sure to post up when they do arrive.

You can order these on our website, and if you can't find your particular model as listed above, you can always choose the 2004 Impreza WRX and make sure you're ordering StopTech part number 63-213-0929 and it should cost $57.95.

Email me if you have any questions at Tim at StopTech.com.

Thanks,
Tim Kelsch

No, these are the Axxis Deluxe Plus which are a more mellow, lower dusting version of the Ultimate.

how does one determine which pads are needed on a 2003 WRX? is it based on the VIN or the build date?

Russ,
Although Subaru claims to have a listing of what VIN numbers have what pads, we have not been able to obtain this information. All we can do is give these instructions if your car was built after January of 2002: http://www.stoptech.com/faq/data/faq29.htm
