Because of the extreme heat and heat cycling that a turbo sees, cryo-treating a turbo will increase reliability and durability. The moving parts of the turbo (wheels and bearings) will also benefit. It will not increase performance in terms of spool up or flow but concerns such as cracking, bearing failure, and the like will be reduced. Think of it as an insurance policy on your turbo.

At this point, it's hard to say. The machine was run relatively recently meaning that there is not a large amount of stuff waiting to be cryoed at the moment. If you would like, I can add your name to the list and let you know when we'll next be running the machine.

We did run it this week but we might run it again soon because we have to cryo some engine parts for one of our race cars. If anyone is interested, let me know and I'll put you down on a contact list. Thanks.
