i asked around and here is what alex told me...
"Yes they will fit. However, CUSCO specifies fitment for sedans only due to different weight of the wagons. Wagon setup is a difference part number and actually is a VACANZA product (CUSCO's Wagon product line). However, it seems like most people use sedan spring rates. I recommend getting 10kg/mm front, 8 kg/mm rear for both sedan AND wagon on any of the CUSCO coilovers. The shocks work much better with higher spring rates. The ride is more comfortable too."

EDIT: Nevermind, Cusco USA says $500 to replace each shock cartridge - no rebuild services!
