i asked around and here is what alex told me...

"Yes they will fit. However, CUSCO specifies fitment for sedans only due to different weight of the wagons. Wagon setup is a difference part number and actually is a VACANZA product (CUSCO's Wagon product line). However, it seems like most people use sedan spring rates. I recommend getting 10kg/mm front, 8 kg/mm rear for both sedan AND wagon on any of the CUSCO coilovers. The shocks work much better with higher spring rates. The ride is more comfortable too."

So the only difference is the spring rates? Or everything is different, struts, etc? But fitment-wise, they are the same? Sounds like there's no real difference. Thank you.

EDIT: Nevermind, Cusco USA says $500 to replace each shock cartridge - no rebuild services!
