SoCal: Bronze 18x7.5 Volk CE28N, 5x100, +47mm, 235x40x18 Khumo MX tires

I'm just trying to get a feel for how much I could get if I were to sell my rims. I'm torn between keeping them until I sell my car or getting rid of them now. I've had them for about 14 months. The picture below is with Kumho MX 225x40x18 instead of the current Kumho MX 235x40x18. I have Volk lugs, Volk center caps, and Volk metal valve stems. Three rims are in perfect condition but the 4th one has a slight one-inch scratch on the lip (no dent). These rims are special in my opinion because I've yet to see another WRX with the same rims let alone in the same color (in person), and when I bought them they were the last set in the entire U.S.

I paid about ~$2800 for the whole package.

I meant at the time I bought them they were the last set, they are definately not discontinued by any stretch of the imagination. It was just nice getting the last set at that very moment, that's all.

For those who don't already know, these are Forged Monoblock rims. These and the TE37 are the only ones that are Forged Monoblock in the Volk Racing series. Forged Monoblock is extremely strong (F1 racing uses Forged Monoblock rims). Normally rims are cast which means they will bend\crack\etc in a situation where a Forged Monoblock rim will not.

I would imagine with Forged Monoblock there would be the downside of weight but in the case of these CE28N's they are lighter than most if not all other 18" rims of this caliber.

18x8.5 Volk CE28N's are 15.2lbs, I would imagine mine being 18x7.5 would easily be in the 14.x range.
