This is different from the 06 WRX red 4 pot you see in the picture above. Simply the "subaru" logo is carved into the JDM black calipers, not just a sticker on the red one.

I forget... Do these fit under all the stock GC8 wheels or just the 98-99 5 spoke and not the 6 spoke?!?!

 

they should fit under both GC8 16' oem rims. I am positive on the 6 spokes one, not sure on the 5 spokes one.
