T/S/D Rally at Palisades Center Mall on Aug 3
Westchester Sports Car Club is having a Time/Speed/Distance day rally in Rockland starting at the Palisades Center Mall in Nyack NY on Aug 3.

I suspect none. You cant watch a TSD rally. This is not an autox or a WRC or "pro" rally.
Its on public streets. Time/Speed/Distance rally is one where you follow directions at a set speed on public streets, and for each wrong turn you need to increase your speed to make up time in order to get to the checkpoints on time. Points are given based on checkpoint time and number of hidden rally signs seen.
The cars start at the Palisades Center then drive out one by one in one minute intervals, nobody knows where the rally will go or where it will end, so theres no way to spectate.
