well i'll be free saturday...sometime after 6-7pm...i havent done much to mah car cept intake & exhaust...clears...front strut bar...and i jus ordered 18" subzeros...but they on back order till march...so i doubt i'll be gettin them anytime soon...
as far as a newark permit...all you have to do is go to newark and apply for one in the parking registration building...and no you dont have to be a newark student...im not...so shhhh...
