My reason for selling this car is because of NJ's recent bump up in insurance rates for high risk drivers...

Capa-don...... thats weird... my insurance company just told me that my insurance is going down for my WRX in Jan.
( I have State Farm and I used to work for them as well )

unless it changed that the STi is rated differently in the books than the WRX.
Ill check on that.. whats your insurance company?

My insurance was already high due to some points from when I was younger, but the recent bump for high risk drivers (6+ pts) has provided me with a ludicrous premium for when I renew. I have chose to not pay this amount because I feel if I waited a little bit longer (until I'm 25) I can have a new car without a huge payment.

If you're a single male under 25 in NJ, 2 pts are worth $1750 more than a female with the same amount. Does this make any sense?
