I have a 06 sti and was wondering if anyone can recommend a good pro shop that does good installation and are very trustwordy in the new york are.. the closer to westchester the better but i will take a trip if its a good place.

 

You got some options here,
1. Dave Brown- www.mspt.net - Metric Subaru (Huntington, L.I.) - Best Ecutek tuner in the Tri State (NY,NJ&CT) - Will not sell you unnecessary stuff, honest & reputable but you gotta make an appointment, they have a wait list.

2. AZP installs - Paisan & Co., local Subieheads out of Kenilworth, N.J. - they do maintenance, auto alarm upgrades and basic bolt on installs, Also gotta make an appointment.

3. TurboColin- Look him up on the NABISCO Tri State board, he makes house calls, i mean how convenient is that? He does about anything Subie related, even swaps.

yea i just got back from colins yesterday...he was doing a friend of mines suspension and he did my gauges and catch can for me...he also has a bugeye there getting a new STi drivetrain...he really knows what hes doing and he will do it for like hal the price of a shop. MSPT is aweomse...they did my springs and downpipe. really nice guys and usually have like 10 nice cars to look at while your there lol. take a look at precision in brick nj too...ive never heared anything but GOOD things about them. I also know a tech at bill kolb subaru that did my tranny for CHEAP and FAST if you want his number...
