Just got Into an accident
Yeah guys,
I just got into an accident, my friend was getting into the back of my car. And when he opened the door and was just about to get in, another car going the opposite direction hit the rear door and kind of squashed my friend into my car (but he is ok). There is some damage to the rear door. The whole door is not messed up but there is considerable damage to the outermost edge of the door. What do you guys think I should do? And do you guys have any suggestions on body shops?? Thanks, any input would be appreciated.

was the other driver blind?? ur friend should say he has pains and sue his ****.. why not!! he or she deserves it
tell the guy to pay for a brand new door.. or go thru insure.. since the thing needs to get painted anyway..

that sucks? how did it happen thoughw as the guy driving on the wrong side of the road?
your friend would probably be found at fault for opening the door into traffic....
