hello all.

i got a ticket in queens the other day. i wanna fight it but cant find out what the deciples for noise in the city is. does anyone have a clue as to what can be done about these two stupid *** tickets. one was for non oem exhaust the other was for unreasonable noise. thanks in advance

 

What was the violation on
the ticket......the name and the Vehicle and traffice law code?

 

the one thats non oem muffler is sec 375, sub 31. the one thats unreasonable noise is sec 240, sub 20(2). thanks
