I see this guy all the time too, Blue STi with blue mirror tint and maybe a front lip. The car looks far from stock. I'm in Bensalem, blue WRX with HKS carbon/ti and a big F'ing dent on the Passenger side...... Mine looks stock except for the exhaust and Sti carbon coener markers.

 

I saw this guy again the other day. Definitely has a front lip, and I heard his blow off valve when he came screaming up behind me. Then he took off up onto the Rt 1 onramp from street rd. Very nice STi

I have spoken to the guy with blue tint. He works at Car Pretty. They are a tint shop at Bustleton and Grant. He does AMAZING tints. I am really not a fan of the blue tints. It is way ricey but to each his own. He is a nice guy and if anything, that tint promotes his job to some degree. He has the Charge Speed front and rear lips, a custom exhaust, and that is about it. I may be down for a weeknight meet.
