i need a really good tune shop thats not to far away from me. i have a problem with my car and i need help ASAP. my car is throwing a cel and the codes are p1086 and p1088 i need to find out if anyone can fix or at lest pin point the problem. please help if anyone knows any shops that knows everything about subarus cause my car cant rev past 4 1/2 rpm

Those are codes for the TGV (tumble generator valve) position sensors. You have codes for both the left and right sides which leads me to believe that some work was done on your car that involved disturbing the manifold and things weren't put back correctly. The connectors to the TGV sensors may not be plugged in or may be loose, or the TGVs may have been removed and then replaced without "preloading" them which will leave them out of proper position and cause the CEL.
If I'm correct, and some work was recently done on your car, go back to whoever did it and ask them to take care of this.
