FS: 04 STi parts, Struts, sway bars, springs, Down Pipe

I bought these with the intention of always running struts on the car but I've decided to get more serious with AutoXing so I'm saving for a set of AST coil overs.
Everything is off an 04 STi
All the struts, mounts and springs have about 60,000 miles on them. I've taken them apart and have re-greased all 8 struts with Royal Purple grease, non of them clunked before this, did it as preventive maintenance. I re-greased the struts that are on my car currently with the same grease 25,000 miles ago and they are still clunk free.
The sway bars with bushings came off at 90,000 miles and were replaced with RCE bars. I painted them red for some reason, I can't remember why I did that.
I have a spring compressor and can put the springs on to the struts with mounts so that they can be a bolt on affair or I can disassemble the ones that are currently mounted.
Then I have a factory Down Pipe that has 95,000 miles. Was ran at a Cobb Stage one Map from 65,000 to when it was taken off.
Here are the Prices that I'm asking for, I'm open to reasonable offers.
$110 per fully assembled strut (strut, spring, mount)
$75 per strut
$25 per spring
$30 per mount
$50 per sway bar with bushings
$150 for Factory Down Pipe
I currently do not want to ship these, I would like to sell them locally first. I'm in Wise county in the DFW area. I'm in the Flower Mound area often and I try to make it out to the Cobb meets in Plano. I'm willing to drive a reasonable distance to meet up for serious buyers.
I will be at the Grand AM race in Austin on March 2nd and would be willing to meet up while I'm down there. I know the pictures are not great, I'm willing to take additional pictures upon request.

That they are. I do have the parts up on Nasioc and iwsti. These parts will be put on to the main classified list if I'm not able to sell them local. I'm trying not to ship if I don't have to
