i guess i wasnt clear in my post: I want an STi scoop and WRB means World Rally Blue (not black, white, red, etc.) That means, if you have an 02 - you probably need not apply since they didnt have the STi in that year, making it difficult for you to have an STi scoop (unless you have already traded).
