DFW WRX owners are a feisty bunch
I've had my S2000 for a few month's, but I've already run 3 WRX's. One is a fairly modded one in the Las Colinas area that I also saw parked at the Starbucks at 114/MacArthur. I ran you in a silver S2000 along the 161 access road coming up to MacArthur. You worked me pretty good.
The other most recent one was a guy in a blue WRX today. He was coming I35E North and took the 635 West loop around. I saw that he was entering that loop pretty fast, so I chased up to him and waited for him to get on it at the end of the loop as the lane shoots out onto 635. He took off and I stayed right on his bumper up to about 95mph when he shut down. He had at least exhaust and was running a bit rich as the upshifts would blow out a nice puff of black smoke.
Anyway, it's fun to play with fairly equal competition (at least depending on WRX mods, darn turbos!) around town.
So, anyone know who these guys might be?

I lived in Highland Park in high school and know exactly where you're talking about. I have a friend in Lewisville with a blue WRX so it may have been him. He's got exhaust but that's about it.

I usually take that exit agressively and I just don't speed on straightways

Many argues wider tires aren't needed for AWD but from the coolness factor it's still a hands up while I'm still trying to proof 255 on 8.5 is superior on roadcourse track Vs. OEM 225 on 8".

Of course I belive wider is better but it's interesting to read what those folks say about why wider isn't always better for AWD.
