Why so quiet?

Where did everyone go?

Maybe it's just that time of year?

Shhh...we're taking our lunchtime naps.

I've noticed that since the election, Teh Political Forum has much slowage.
Probably due to our resident Socialists suffering from PTSD.

It's time to celebrate, not mourn our current situation.

X-Mas time is here. (Futurama reference if people didn't notice)

I can't speak for everyone, but personally, I've been sheilding myself from the conservative propaganda which runs thick in this forum, out of a primal fear that I may be swayed and become 'one of them.'

J/K Salty... I think it's the season- nobody in the mood to argue, I guess. Merry Christmas.

But seriously, your convictions, and seemingly undying motivation to post them here, disgust my puny liberal mind. Gotta love that 1st amendment!

Very true, however, your persistance discourages so.

I won't get into it again, but, like I have said before, I have more or less given up on this forum, as my past efforts have seemed to go to waste.

Why talk when nobody's listening?

It's not that nobody’s listening. You just have to present a good argument to the table in order to persuade others, even myself. This may happen 2% of the time you post here but at least you’re getting the point across on how you feel on the matter.

Should we just have Alex close this forum down?

I'm in shock alright, in shock of how much I've already spent on christmas gists this year. I think it's dead around here because of the combination of holliday obligations (i.e. christmas shopping, company parties, etc.) and finals for those of us in college.

It sure isn't quiet at the malls. All of this holiday shopping and Christmas company parties just show that Bush has indeed ruined our local economy

Hahahahhaha

I had an advanced Human Resource Mgmt final, a Psych. of Stress and Coping final, and intermediat Social Psych final. Fun fun fun! Finished up my last one on Thurs. though. Yee haw! Got a 20% raise at work yesterday too. Unfortunatly I took my girl and some buddies to a pub/brewery last night to celebrate and blew over $90.

Hahaha- C'mon, 2%, you can't give me any more credit than that?

I guess your definition of a 'good' argument is one that you can agree with and does not attempt to refute one of your own posts.

btw, FINALS ARE DONE!!!
