Yes, as long as you hate all colors equally.

To quote a man far more intelligent than I:

"I don't want a black history month. Black history is American history". He says the only way to end racism is to stop talking about it, and he notes that there is no "white history month". He says "I am going to stop calling you a white man and I'm going to ask you to stop calling me a black man"
Who said that you may ask? This guy:

The gov't kills this white man, and no one protests.

Why is that?

Well Mr Paul, this is a sad story indeed. However, sorry, it is nothing like what you are trying to compare it to. I.E a black cop shooting a white kid. That didn't happen in this case now did it? Not to say its not worthy of protesting, so please don't try to make that the case.

However, as a person who is fueled with so much anger, why aren't you protesting this if you are so "upset" and "outraged" over this mans death?

Go organize man. Get out there and denounce the gov for "killing" this guy. While your at it, start gathering $$ for vets who can't pay their electric bills. Because thats what the bottom line sounds like to me. A person did not have the money to pay his bills and unfortunately that led to his powering being cut off.

You personally may feel outrage, but no offense, one person's outrage is meaningless.

Your silence on the main topic is deafening.

What question is there to answer?

When was the last time you heard of a black cop shooting a white kid in the back while down on the ground, hands behind his/her back, and had another cop, race of that cop don't matter, with his/her knee on this white kids back?

I'm sure you knew that was coming. I have yet to hear such a situation where this has happened, not to say it has not. However if such a situation was to happen in my community, my reaction would not differ from how I feel with current situations.

Another quote about racism: "Skin color cannot matter to us when six feet of dirt makes us all one size and color."

Now let me say something about infrastructure. It seems to me that infrastructure spending is a very important and good way of stimulating the economy. The challenge will be to do it quickly, to find projects that can be done that have a high social return that also can be done with the greatest speed possible.

I am concerned, as I'm sure many of you are, that these jobs not simply go to high skilled people who are already professions or to white male construction workers. I have nothing against white male construction workers. I'm just saying that there are a lot of other people who have needs as well. And therefore, in my remarks I have suggested to you, and I'm certainly happy to talk about it more, ways in which the money can be -- criteria can be set so that they money does go to others: the long term unemployed, minorities, women, people who are not necessarily construction workers or high-skilled professionals.

Finally, let me say this. We've never been here before. There is not an obvious template. There is not a clear direction.

Anybody who tells you they know exactly what to do doesn't know what they're talking about. We are going to have to approach this in the spirit of experimentation. We have to keep an eye on what works and get rid of what doesn't work as fast as possible.

So do you all think a Black Pizza Man will now grab the job of a white construction worker who's skills are to solely engineering a bridge? Even though that "pizza man" does not have the "skills" and or "experience" level the white construction worker has?

Additionally, he mentions criteria of which how money is allocated across infrastructure projects/jobs: the long term unemployed, minorities, women, people who are not necessarily construction workers or high-skilled professionals.

What jobs would make up such a criteria?
