Whoever can get one of the motor companies to build me a super fast hybrid car. I'll vote for that person. For now, I voted for Kerry. Hooray for stem cell research!

And yes, he is on the CA ballot, so it wasn't write-in...
Yea sorry about that whole incomplete ballot thing, not trying to hate on others but the chances are not exactly with them.

Look at what the world thinks

http://www.globalvote2004.org

Nice to see what the world thinks of our leader. (granted there were only 110,000+ voters, but from all over the world.)

I also like this speech given by rep. Tim Ryan of Ohio to congress

http://homepage.mac.com/njenson/movies/timryanlow.html

Ok. I know this isn't the politics forum, but I figured the globalvote was semi relevant

If you guys had half a brain you'd vote in a 3rd party candidate. This 2 party system is going to destroy this country and you morons keep giving them more power. We need to reduce the size of the government. The government has way too much power and you can throw your civil liberties out the window and if you think voting Republican means less government, you're a bigger moron then those tree hugging dirt munchers. There will be prayer in schools, we'll lose a women's right to choose, and free speach will be a thing of the past. Sounds like facism to me. I rather be a communist than a neo-**** facist.

Vote libertarian.

I agree, a viable 3rd option would be great. The problem is that a lot of people have their mind locked into a certain way. Which is mainly the mid-west and south. (look how CA put a republican gov in mid-stream, if we want change, we'll get it.) Until we can get "main stream america" to open up their minds, maybe expose them to some culture (not in our life times) The Democrats are the strongest thing (vs republicans, not to say that they are the enemy... unless you talk about civil liberties, forcing their will upon others, yadda yadda.) for the time being. Until can unify the world as a human race (thinks of star trek) there will be religious wars, wars for power and 2 major parties in the US Maybe we need to find a couple of alien races so we can find something else to fight, other than each other

Something major will have to happen in this country for a 3rd party to get noticed. Problem is that half the people don't have half the brain, as you said Usually easier for people to pick between right/wrong yes/no not yes/no/maybe? (even if the maybe makes sense )
