Some of these cases go way too far. If sounds like someone in transfering title in property for crying out loud.
It can eventually be summed up with irresponsibility IMHO. If this guy blew his load all over the nearby nightstand while beating off to gay **** it's his own damn fault for not cleaning it up before the "donee" arrived.
