I think the guy has mental issues. He'll claim he's a terrorist fighting the fight of his terrorist borthers, but in the end he'll be labled as a total loon.

The guy starts his muslim rage in Fremont (hits one), then drives event-free all the way to the Jewish neighborhood in SF to take out another 13 people!

I think this was an act of terror. People were totally vulnerable and unable to predict what was about to happen by this madman. According to one eyewitness he even claimed to be a terrorist. I don't think admitting to terrorism, being a perfectly calm muslim and ending-up in a Jewish neighborhood is a coincidence at all.

What puzzles me is how the tolerance balance always seems to tip in the direction that makes the least amount of sense. There's peaceful Muslims shrouding themselves in a fear blanket even more-so than most blacks during segregation. Yet the amount of attacks on Muslims has been nothing (almost non-existent) compared to blacks of the mid 20th and prior. Here's the kicker... the Muslims are the ones crossing the lines (i.e. this crazed driver) rather than the rest of America retaliating against all Muslims with their SUVs. Color me confused...
