Man the guys on this forum have the hookup. They have an Eric (Salty) with the homes and another Eric (Me) giving the hookup on the G-Funk rides.

(I have no idea why the G-funk thing popped into my head but there it is)

Hey Salty, what area/territory do you cover? The reason I ask is becuase my brother and his wife will be buying a house in the next 6 months or so, but he won't know where untill his company asignes him a territory (he's a sales manager for a medical technologies company.) He could be assigned anywhere as far south as San Jose, and as far north as Sac., so I just wanted to know in what locations I can reccomend you.

Seriously... I have a acquired a few I-Club clients.

That's another good thing about this forum... we can argue all day long about politics and set aside our difference for business. I'd even be inclined to give psoper the best deal if he called me.

I've sold 3 STI's and a 2.5RS to I-clubbers

The Sac meets are starting to look like an Autowest convention.

I can do financing in any part of California! Great credit, subprime credit etc...

I can also do most parts of the United States depending on loan program.

My wife can find homes in any part of the country. She also deals with Japanese investors and other countries as she's fluent. She could also find a home in BFE, Montana but would have to appoint him to a listing agent for that seeing how traveling would be hard.
