This is all good, but the water and electricity should have been a much higher priority. Here we were, trying to set up an election, when we hadn't even given many people back the electric and water infrastructure we destroyed, along with nearly everything else in the baghdad region, over a year ago. If we were trying to win people's minds, this should have happened long ago. Looks like were on the right track for now.
Don't get me wrong, I think this is good. But, I had to find SOMETHING to complain about..
