OMG! No more sun spots

So the theories behind Solar activity seems a lot more fesible and more likely to screw man kind. But what I have a hard time understanding is the science of climate change (both solar activity and global warming theories) founded on so-called flash-in-the-pan (or fart in the bucket) data. We've only been able to document Sun Spots since the mid 18th century according to the article and the sun has been around for how many billions of years? I would have laughed directly in the face of anyone suggesting sun spots were gone for good.

Yeah, just cause the sun took a break, doesn't mean they are gone. and who knows, they might be back tomorrow, next month or next year.
That **** is way beyond our control or understanding.
