I may be wrong, but didn't the ***** also suggest sterilization for undesirables?
Obama's Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy, John Holdren, penned a 1977 book that approved of and recommended compulsory sterilization and even abortion in some cases, as part of a government population control regime.

I have been saying this for years.
We need to have a Baby License program that keeps people who do not have the ability to take care of a human life from having them.
