So this racist mother****er loses a discrimination lawsuit, keeps his job, and has the ****iong the ***** to ask TAXPAYERS to pay for mistake?!?!?!

The DA doesn't pay the judgement, his employers do. You sue employers for illegal hiring/firing practices, not individuals unfortunately. His *** still should have been fired though.
