well, as an Admin I think that he can distort / change / modify my threads and contributions.

I am all for his standard distortions of argument during our more lively debates, as it is double the fun and double the fodder (do i have wrigley's on my mind... what the hell??)

Actually, both Salty and Dr3d1zzl3 are under far greater constraints as far as what they can and can't do than the rest of you are. They can say whatever they want to, but htey will only "moderate" innapropriateness and forum rules transgressions (and those rules will be less strict here than elsewhere). In other words, they will not censor you for your views, unless those views are racist, bigoted, or intended to cause serious disturbances. Furthermore, it's not like they can hide their actions. If a thread disappears, somebody will remember that it was there. If your post gets edited, it will say so right at the bottom.

None of you should refrain from speaking in this forum simply out of fear of Salty and dr3. They're here to make sure that things don't get out of hand.

Edit: Oh yeah. They were chosen as moderators here BECAUSE of their outspokenness and their near-opposite views. Why would we let someone mod the forum if they weren't going to be active in it?

You have nothing to worry about dub2w.

If anything, i'm a direct reflection of what I-Club is and will take action in accordance to what my Moderating abilities allow (based on rules etc). I represent what Imprezer has created and won't give this forum OR I-Club a bad name because of that.

Oh and BTW, I could give a flying hoot on what you care about! You've never even had the honor, the privilege of meeting me in person and/or shake my hand.

To judge my character and capacity as a moderator in "Teh Politics Forum's" infancy is the true "suckage" and a lame attempt to stir the pot. The forum is 12hours old for crying out loud and you already assume i'm incapable of doing the job effectively?! Do you actually have a life? Seriously...

Whatever my man!

Oh yeah, having dre as a mod is a good idea, his distortedness(is that a word) makes any thread he posts in twice as interesting, as does his multiple opinions on any 1 subject. And Salty, well the words he uses sometimes seem to make spelling bees seem easy.(Maybe I'mconfusing him with somebody else)

I like the idea of having these two as our moderators, we need less moderate moderators!

While I usually like to bait and tease Salty, I can't say I have anything against him, in fact I rather enjoy those little glimpses of reason that show through in his writing once in a while.

And as for Dr3, I also like having someone around who generally shares my world view, we don't hate america, we just hate the way a bunch of corporate criminals are running it into very dangerous situations.

For the millionth time, moderators are not here to moderate.

Who can sep up and say that i-CLub moderators are really strict? That they close threads and edit them.

Come on, now guys. Be honest to yourself. Do not jump on Mod bashing bandwagon just because "it is cool to be a rebel".

My Mods are here to help me with creative aspect of the site and clean your guys' mess when you post in the wrong forum. And, also be "forum leaders" and stimulate discussion. NOT TO POLICE YOU PEOPLE!

Those who disagree, are staright out wackos, because I know what is going on here, and I know what the mods do and do not because I control WHAT THEY CAN DO via vBulletin settings.
